    Daniel Stern
    Daniel Stern is the chef and owner of R2L, the acclaimed modern-American restaurant. Daniel learned his craft from the likes of Rocco DiSpirito, Gray Kunz, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Daniel Boulud. In 2002, he became the Executive Chef of Le Bec Fin and led the kitchen to the reclaiming of its coveted 5th Mobil Star. Eventually, Daniel ventured on his own, opening his first restaurant, Gayle, in 2005. After, he went on to create other renowned dining experiences with Rae, MidAtlantic, and finally, R2L in 2010.

    Eric Vander Hyde
    Eric Vander Hyde is a farmer and the proprietor of Barefoot Gardens, a small scale, production oriented, organically managed herb farm, which he co-owns and operates with his wife, Linda Shanahan. Together, Eric and his wife have been working to transform their Doylestown farm into a collection of gardens, forming a small circle of mini-ecosystems complementing each other while creating a Farm Organism that reflects their dedication to sustainable land stewardship.

    Shanna Caster
    Shanna Caster is a lover of science in all its forms, but is especially fond of chemistry, which she studied at the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State. If you can cook it, taste it, transform it, or blow it up, she's all about it. Shanna currently works at The Franklin Institute as a Museum Program Supervisor, and, this is her third year nerding it up with the Philadelphia Science Festival.
